Hi, I'm Nicolas.
I like building things that solve real problems, and I'm looking for a team where I can keep learning and take on bigger challenges.
I've built and shipped real software for real customers, from custom websites for small businesses to a full-stack platform designed to modernize a school's enrollment process, and I'm ready to bring that same energy to a team.
About me
I grew up loving puzzles, Legos, chess, and checkers. I've always wanted to figure out how things fit together. I started college as a finance major, but it wasn't enough problem-solving for me, so I switched to Computer Science for work that would actually challenge me to build things. That same drive to build led me to start my own business and create software people actually use.
I work best where technology meets people: understanding the problem, building the fix, and making sure it lands with the people who need it. I'm most excited by innovation, whether that's building something new or helping others adopt it, and I'm looking for a role where I can keep doing both.

- Built ClubsForKids on my own. It replaces a ~30-hour manual process with one click and will serve 500+ students (~400 families). The school is now working to adopt it through Broward County's approval process.

- CS degree, business minor, and four years running my own company.

- Founded and operated Florida Elite Auto Detail from 2022 to 2026 and served 30+ clients. I handled operations, client acquisition, and service delivery.

- 6+ years across fine dining, sushi, and bartending, most recently serving at a Georgian fine-dining restaurant handling wine pairings, dietary needs, and guest experience.
- Learned to stay composed and read people fast during high-pressure shifts, skills that carry directly into client-facing tech work: staying calm through a live issue, picking up what a stakeholder actually needs, and adjusting on the fly.
- Often ran the floor solo at a small, family-run restaurant, covering server, bartender, host, and busser duties at once, which built the same instinct for owning something end to end that shows up in how I approach projects today.
